Kickstart Your Fitness in 2 Weeks with Martial Arts

Train smarter. Roll better.

Gi & No-Gi jiu-jitsu for all levels—learn real technique, build confidence, and find your crew. First class is on us. Slap-bump-roll.

What you’ll learn...

We're a community-first Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy where beginners, hobbyists, and competitors share the same mats and the same mission—get a little better every roll.

We teach both Gi and No-Gi, with fundamentals that actually stick: frames, hip escapes, guard retention, high-percentage passes, and calm, technical defense under pressure.

Classes follow a simple flow—warm-up, clear instruction, drilling, positional rounds, then slap-bump-roll—so you always leave with reps and real progress.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring to my first class?

Clean gi or rashguard/shorts (no zips), water, sandals for off-mat. Come 10 minutes early—we’ll pair you with a friendly partner.

Do I need experience or to be in shape?

No. We scale pace and rounds. You’ll learn frames, escapes, and basic positions first.

What’s the difference between Gi and No-Gi?

Gi uses grips and lapels; No-Gi relies on hooks, ties, and head/arm control. Both build timing and pressure.

Is training safe?

Yes—safety and respect lead the room: tap early, release submissions, control intensity, clean gear, trimmed nails.
